My father started the wholesale side if the business 38 years ago. He started selling on markets in the north -west and was soon asked to supply a fish and chip shop near to the Market, and as word of mouth grew about this new service he offered so did the custom

He soon developed a nice little delivery round which he fit in around selling on the Market (often leaving his sister to serve whilst he went out delivering).

This in turn grew and grew where he started processing the fish from his own "fish house" on the docks in Fleetwood to serve his customers throughout the north West. He even supplied fish mongers on Billingsgate Market in London.

To this day we supply many fish and chip shops though out the north west of England as well as restaurants and other catering venues. We can supply all fresh and frozen seafoods, having the advantage of being able to buy direct from the trawlers on fleetwood auction every morning, ensuring the freshest of products.

We also have specialist buyers on Peterhead and Aberdeen markets as well as over on the East coast in Scarborough and Grimsby.

We can supply fish &Chip shops with fresh "count " cod and Haddock as well as FAS (frozen at sea) and IQF (individually quick frozen).

We pride ourselves on being a family run business that offers a first class service (still serving one of the very first wholesale customers 38 years ago). Also we are able to give advice when needed on many factors concerning the fish and chip shop sector having a shop that was voted in the top 5 in the north -west and having a better understanding of the needs and problems with the day to day running of a shop.
